Our House in Bali is located in Umalas, which is 10 mn away from the Seminyak shopping area ,and renown restaurants and bars such as “Warisan”, ”Kudeta” or “Huu”.

We are also a short drive away from the Petitenget beach.

Our house is built on a 2700m piece of land, and comprises a welcoming driveway with ample parking space ,a main house, a private bungalow and a large garden with swimming pool.

Main house : Covers 320 m2 with one entrance (25m2),one lounge (37 m2),one fully equipped kitchen (16m2),one small dining terrace (16m2) and one major open dining terrace(53 m2).
The first floor is occupied by 2 master’s bedroom (35 to 40 m2) with ensuite dressings and bathrooms (15 to 20 m2).

The bungalow has a rice field/garden view. It is spacious (35m2),and has a dressing and open air bathroom.

Other facilities in the house include :Internet, a/c in all rooms, Tv, dvd, channel T.V, Hifi set ,security boxes…

The garden is large and peaceful with a 14 x 4 swimming pool ,a “petanque” field, and a small gazebo by the rice fields…

Last but not least: Our House in Bali has a friendly staff of maids, cook, gardeners and security guards. They will help making your stay unforgettable.
